By accessing or using Swipebye, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • Swipebye allows users to review and delete photos and videos stored on their personal devices.
  • All deletion actions are initiated by the user. You are solely responsible for any media you choose to delete.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium subscriptions (weekly or yearly) are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.
  • Payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google.
  • We do not store or access your payment information.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design and features, is owned by Swipebye and protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Privacy

Your use of Swipebye is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Swipebye is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for unintended deletion of media or indirect damages.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
